The Rules
These terms are pretty simple. Buy good parts from us. We'll ship them fast. If something's broken or wrong, we'll make it right. Don't be a jerk on our site or with our products. That's the deal.
By using Badass Automotive Products, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the site.
Who We Are
Badass Automotive Products is operated by a team out of Austin, Texas. We sell motor oil, wipers, filters, and other automotive fluids. This site is the storefront. When you buy from us, you're buying from Badass Automotive Products, LLC.
Your Account
To check out, you give us your name, email, phone, and shipping address. Keep it accurate. If you screw this up, we can't ship your order, and that's on you.
You're responsible for anything that happens with your account. Don't share your password. If someone else uses your account, you're liable for their orders.
Ordering and Payment
How Orders Work
You pick products. You add them to your cart. You enter your shipping info and pay. We confirm your order and ship it. You get a tracking number. It's not rocket science.
Price and Availability
Prices are in USD. Prices can change anytime without notice. We show availability on the product page. If it says "in stock," we have it. If it's out of stock, we'll tell you before charging you.
Payment
We use Stripe to process payments. We don't store your card info. Stripe does. If your payment fails, we'll email you. You have 7 days to fix it or we cancel the order.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders within 2 business days. We use standard carriers. You get a tracking number via email. We ship to the address you provide at checkout. If you want it somewhere else, tell us before we ship.
Shipping times depend on where you are. We're in Austin. Texas orders usually arrive in 2-4 days. National orders take 3-7 days. Once it's in the carrier's hands, delays are on them, not us.
If your package arrives damaged or lost, contact us within 48 hours with proof. We'll reship it or refund it.
Returns and Refunds
Our products are good. But if something shows up wrong, damaged, or not what you ordered, we'll make it right.
- •30 days: You have 30 days to report an issue.
- •Wrong item or damaged: We reship or refund immediately.
- •Changed your mind: Cool. Send it back unopened, prepaid. Refund within 7 days of us receiving it.
- •Opened it and used it: It's yours. We stand behind the quality, but if you cracked the cap and poured it in your engine, that's not a return scenario.

Warranties
All our products come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. If a product is defective in materials or workmanship within 12 months of purchase, we'll replace it or refund you.
The warranty covers defects, not misuse. If you used the wrong oil viscosity for your engine, that's on you. If the bottle leaked from the factory, that's on us.
Liability and Disclaimers
We provide products "as is." We don't make any promises beyond what's in the warranty. We're not liable for:
- •Engine damage from wrong oil viscosity.
- •Wiper blade failures from improper installation.
- •Filter bypass from clogged air intake.
- •Any damage, lost profit, or lost data from using our products or site.
Read the product spec sheet. If you're not sure what you need, ask a mechanic. We're automotive parts guys, not automotive engineers. We sell good parts. How you use them is up to you.
Your Conduct
Don't be a jerk. Specifically, don't:
- •Hack, scrape, or automate anything on our site.
- •Place fake orders or use fraud.
- •Harass our staff or other customers.
- •Resell our products for way more than you paid (flipping is cool, gouging is not).
- •Post malware, spam, or abusive content anywhere on our site.
If you do any of this, we ban you. No appeal. Go away.
Intellectual Property
Our logo, name, product images, and site content are ours. You can't copy, modify, or republish them. You can't use our brand to sell your own stuff. Our brand is our reputation. Don't touch it.
Changes to These Terms
We can change these terms anytime. If we do, we'll update this page and maybe email you. If you keep ordering from us, you agree to the new terms. If you don't like the new terms, stop ordering and tell us why.
Disputes
First, email us. support@badassauto.com. Give us 30 days to fix it. Most of the time, we will.
If we can't agree, disputes are resolved under Texas law. Jurisdiction is Travis County, Texas. No class actions. No arbitration tribunals. You sue us, we sue you, in court, under Texas law.
Your liability for anything is capped at the amount you paid for that order. Our liability to you is capped at the same. Fair and square.
